Catalogue of cultures
The Czech Collection of Microorganisms (CCM) preserves and provides more than 3,400 strains of bacteria and archaea (approximately 1,700 species), 800 strains of filamentous fungi and yeasts (approximately 550 species) and a collection of staphylococcal bacteriophages and their host strains.
All cultures offered in the online cataloques of the CCM are available for your research, taxonomic studies, education or other purposes. The CCM distributes cultures to the microbiological laboratories in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.
