Providing cultures

More than 4,000 cultures of microorganisms listed in the CCM catalog of cultures are provided to microbiological laboratories both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Depositing cultures in the collection

Have you representative strains of newly described or rare species or remarkable microorganisms revealing interesting traits? Offer them for depositing in the CCM public collection.

Depositing patent cultures

Are you going to patent your microorganisms? Employ services of the CCM which is the only collection in the Czech Republic possessing the status of an International Depositary Authority for depositing patent cultures.

Long-term maintenance of cultures

Do you need to reliably store your cultures of microorganisms? Take advantage of our services of lyophilization or safe storage in the CCM.

Culture identification and consulting

We will help you identify bacteria and fungi. You can also use professional consultation with our staff in the field of taxonomy and storage of microorganisms.
