On July 1, 1986 the designation of newly deposited strains of fungi changed. CCM numbers of the strains deposited before started with an "F" letter (e.g. Heterosphaeria veratri CCM F-107). Numbers of the strains deposited afterwards start from 8001 and do not contain the "F" letter (e.g. Fusarium solani CCM 8014).
